The Kamado Joe Big Joe III Stand Alone is the cart-less version of the largest and most advanced model from this prestigious American kamado brand. Among its technical innovations is the introduction of the SloRoller Hyperbolic Smoke Chamber, an accessory that causes the air to rotate inside it like a whirlpool, resulting in better heat distribution and more uniform cooking.
